Our Maintenance Career Path is designed for team members who want to build real skills and grow through structured training and education. It begins with mastering the fundamentals such as quality mowing, property care, safety, and efficiency. From there, advancement comes through hands-on experience, ongoing training, certifications, and proven performance. Team members are continually coached, developed, and given opportunities to expand their knowledge so they can take on more responsibility and leadership within a crew. Raises are tied to skill development, training milestones, and performance, so as you invest in learning and improving, your earning potential increases.

Our Installation Career Path is for team members who take pride in building and transforming outdoor spaces. Every installer begins by mastering our Team Member Level One and Level Two skills to ensure a strong foundation in safety, quality, and teamwork. From there, training shifts into hands-on craftsmanship. Team members learn planting techniques, material installation, grading, site preparation, equipment operation, and how to read and execute landscape plans accurately. As their technical ability grows, they take on more complex projects, operate advanced equipment, and lead portions of installs. Advancement is earned through skill mastery, training milestones, and consistent performance, creating a clear path to greater responsibility and higher pay for those who want to build at a higher level.

Our Management Career Path is designed for team members who want to lead people, drive performance, and take ownership of results. Growth in this path typically begins as a Team Captain, where leadership skills are developed in the field through training, accountability, and team development. From there, advancement can move into roles such as Field Manager and Operations Manager, where responsibilities expand to overseeing multiple crews, managing production, maintaining quality standards, and developing future leaders. As our company grows, future opportunities such as Branch Manager will open for leaders who are ready to take on expanded responsibility and help build new teams from the ground up. Team members with strong communication and relationship skills may also choose to move into an Account Manager role, focusing on client relationships, sales, and helping customers improve their properties. Advancement is based on leadership ability, performance, and the capacity to grow others, creating a clear path for those who want to make a lasting impact.

Our Specialist Career Path is designed for team members who want to deepen their expertise and increase their earning potential through advanced skills and certifications. This path allows individuals to build on their core role in maintenance or installation while gaining specialized training in areas such as irrigation, chemical application, snow removal, landscape lighting, or seasonal services like Christmas light installation. Specialists receive additional education, hands-on training, and in some cases certifications that qualify them for added responsibility and increased hourly pay when performing those specialized tasks. This path is ideal for team members who want to master a specific skill, become a go-to expert in the field, and grow their income without necessarily moving into management. Not everyone needs to lead a team to grow here. Mastery is rewarded.
